The Oscars are right around the corner, and to celebrate Hollywood, I thought it would be fun to round up some fun food and film moments. Everyone knows the usual foodie films like Big Night and Tampopo, so I thought I'd pick a few not so obvious ones that I loved when I was growing up. Though not necessarily food scenes per se, "The Bridges of Madison County" characters spent quite a lot of time getting to know each other in the kitchen. Clint Eastwood was watching Meryl Streep's every swish and swagger to and away from him and that was so sensual. They had a dance in the kitchen, a bittersweet kiss, and eventually gave in to each other right there in the kitchen!!! Oh, yeah, one of the more...sensual "food scenes."

Food scenes I love: "Be Our Guest" from Beauty and the Beast! The huge family dinner with the lamb on the spit and the flower in the bundt cake in My Big Fat Greek Wedding The Ocean's movies...Brad Pitt is always munching on something and I inevitably want it. An apple here, frozen yogurt there...he never stops.

i love the guy eating "agatha crispies" in house of 1000 corpses, and the brownies that lead mark to believe he is onstage with gwar in empire records.

Love the restaurant scene in "When Harry Met Sally"...Darryl Hannah eating lobster in "Splash"...the dinner table scene in "Meet the Parents"...and, of course, the apple pie scene in "American Pie" is hilarious.
