Great list of links! 1. I would not want to eat at communal tables a lot. When I go to bars, I do kind of look forward to chatting with complete strangers, but when I'm eating I'm likely going to have real conversation and don't need the feeling like the person right next to me is listening to every word I'm saying. 2. I really liked that commercial. Very powerful. But yes, I am aware of all that. I never ever drink sweetened iced tea or anything like that without regarding it as a huge serving of ice cream or something. 4. Snoop Dogg is hilarious!! He was fantastic on the Martha Stewart show, too :) 5. If I was generally interested in cooking shows, I'd totally watch her. I really like her recipes and tips on her website. I usually think cooking videos are a gigantic waste of time, and that the advice could be condensed much more in text. I only watch really short ones, like they have on chow.com.
