Food Trends Winter 2013

Looks like we aren't the only ones with a penchant for chai; a handful of the show's vendors, like Blue Lotus Chai, Bhakti Chai, and Chai Diaries, offered their take on this warming blend of black tea and South Asian spices. This tea fad wasn't limited to beverages, either: we saw chai applications in other surprising forms like Sartori's BellaVitano Chai cheese.
