Jack in the Box wants you to show your support — and in return, you'll get free curly fries.

The fast food chain's latest advertising campaign, which first aired during this year's Super Bowl, depicts its fictitious CEO "Jack Box" character (yes, the one with the ping-pong head) being struck by a bus. Jack in the Box is now asking you to "show your support for Jack and enjoy some fries."

To land an order of free, medium-sized curly fries, simply print this coupon and present it at participating stores today. What do you think of the chain's new commercials — are they silly or smart?

I got these last night. There were at least six people waiting in line, and the medium fries were more like small fries!

I love their curly fries! There is at least 1 in my neighborhood....more importantly though- I love their potato wedges smothered with cheese and bacon. Ask for a side of ranch and you are in heaven!

i'm a sucker for curly fries - yet there aren't any locations near me. you'd be surprised who goes for the freebies - even if it is just fries :)

Well, I haven't lived in a market that had a JitB for years, but I seriously doubt that anyone is going to go in and just get the fries. And as potatoes are cheap and a huge money-maker for all fast food chains (along with soda), the loss on the giveaway fries is going to be more than compensated by the extra spending people will do. So yeah, smart on their part, absolutely.
