Out of all the celebrity chefs,Giadia De Laurantiis,is my favorite,for I was raised Italian,even thought I don't look it,but went to,catholic school that most of kids were italian,lived in Italian neighborhood and all my friends are italian,so are my family ways,especially on holidays,but it's a shame,since all my nice relatives have passed away,all i have left is anti-swocial rude,screwed up family,and my only sister who has not spoke to me since 2001,when my Father passed,I am oldest out of two of us,and i calle dher and all she said is your not dead yet,so I hope she rots in hell,an dsh ehas turned all my other relatives on me.? So all I have left is hubby,son,daughter and son-in-law,no grandchildren,for both my kids married old folks,even thought thank god my son has been seperated for 3 or more years,but all he seems to go out with is rejects. So all i have is my choc lad and 3 grand animals a dog and 2 guinea pigs,for my husband relatives rots,I use to be chef,always cooking in Italian restaurants,until I took sick,and what is makeing me sicker is living in rooten hot,humid,central florida,and want o move back to New England where my friends are,good food,stores,bakeries,and great Italian stores,Deli's and bakeries. #1 is Rhode Island ,we use to be mostly Italians living there,now it's got awful with league of nations,so is Florida. Spanish are taking over? But love Cubans,they are best Spanish,kind,lovable and friendly and mostly Catholic.
