Move over, New York: America's top celebrity chefs see the world as their oyster, with global culinary hotspots like Sydney, London, and Montreal ripe with opportunity. This morning, Wolfgang Puck announced his inaugural European venture, a restaurant in London's sleek 45 Park Lane hotel, with contemporary steakhouse offerings.

Meanwhile, Gordon Ramsay announced he'll be taking ownership of Rotisserie Laurier BBQ, a barbecue restaurant in Montreal — the celebrity chef's first-ever foray into Canada. And rumors are abuzz that David Chang has signed a deal for Momofuku to land in Sydney.

As diners begin to open up their wallets again, American celebrity chef restaurateurs have begun considering expansions beyond stateside meccas like Las Vegas and Atlantic City.

For years, Ramsay has been "heavily considering" putting his stamp on Canada, and Puck describes London as being one of the "biggest cities for dining in the Western world right now." As for Chang? He's "infatuated" with Australia, describing it as "a place [he] could move to."

Will our country's top chefs fare in a city where they don't share the same clout as they do in America? Only time will tell.

Victoria Beckham was back at the airport on her way out of London this morning wearing a vintage peach minidress and Miu Miu pumps. She was briefly in England to shoot a lookbook for her new handbag collection but also caught up with her friends Eva Longoria and Gordon and Tana Ramsay for dinner at Gordon's restaurant Maze on Saturday. Eva, who was overseas to launch her fragrance, even wore one of Posh's designs on their night out, and Victoria proudly told her Twitter followers Eva looked "amazing" in the dress. Victoria is gearing up for her appearance at FNO on Friday and to show off her work with a private show during New York Fashion Week. Victoria was also the subject of a flattering NY Times profile over the weekend and showed how she's worked her style magic on the latest star of the Beckham family, their Bulldog puppy Coco.

A new title to be released today, MasterChef Cookbook by JoAnn Cianciulli, hopes to perpetuate Gordon Ramsay's current Fox show of the same name. The book offers tips on essential kitchen techniques, highlights favorite chef ingredients, and includes over 80 recipes from both judges and contestants. David Beckham kept himself busy Saturday, starting his afternoon at an LA park with his sons Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz. The foursome then headed to browse at an Adidas store, and next David went solo to watch as his LA Galaxy teammates played the Kansas City Wizards. David's squad ended up losing 2-0, but he still happily posed with fans afterward. Yesterday, David continued the sporting fun by reuniting with Gordon Ramsay to take their kids to an Angels baseball game. This was David's latest weekend full of socializing, after he recently cozied up to Victoria and showed off his hot shirtless body during a day at the beach in Malibu with friends. David Beckham cuddled up to his wife, Victoria, yesterday at the City Walk in Hollywood, where they watched their sons try out the vertical wind tunnel with pal Gordon Ramsay. Earlier in the day, David joined his Galaxy teammate Landon Donovan for a practice session. The guys are playing together for the California team, but they were in South Africa earlier this Summer on opposing squads during the World Cup. The soccer tournament may be David's last with England, though, after their coach Fabio Capello said he's too old to keep playing. David's age isn't a problem when it comes to hitting the gym and keeping his amazing abs in top form. Gordon Ramsay told us why his good friend Victoria Beckham would make a great new American Idol judge on yesterday's Fox TCA star walk. He revealed that she had a blast during last year's audition process and has just the right mix of skills to make it work. Plus, So You Think You Can Dance's tWitch shared his suggestion to take over in Simon Cowell's place: Kanye West!

It was Fox's turn to promote all its new shows at the TCA in LA yesterday. Everyone was looking for a big announcement on American Idol, but the executives had no official news and weren't looking to confirm or deny any rumors — soon they say, but no contracts have been signed yet. Running Wilde's Keri Russell and Will Arnett were briefly in town before starting to reshoot their pilot in Long Island today, though they still kept everyone cracking up during their panel. Lone Star is one of the new shows we're most excited about and the cast, including the adorable James Wolk, continued to impress the room of critics — read highlights from all the panels on Buzz!

Speaking of Lone Star, Jon Voight was excited to chat about it at the evening's Santa Monica Pier bash. He divulged that his family, including Angelina Jolie and her kids, are all doing great and he's excited to make a home in Texas for this show. When it came to Joshua Jackson, the hot topic of course was Pacey-Con — stay tuned for awesome video from Josh about his Dawson's Creek love. Joshua said it was the result of an idea that he originally had, and he had fun seeing the reaction of everyone at Comic-Con. The Glee kids were graciously happy to chat. Lea Michele looked gorgeous and in great spirits, despite a car accident scare earlier in the night, while Mark Salling was all about the carnival games.
