Ingredients

6 sugar cubes
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice, chilled
1 bottle sparkling dry white or rosé wine, chilled

Directions

  1. Place a sugar cube at the bottom of a champagne flute or wineglass. Add 3 tablespoons grapefruit juice and top with 1/2 cup sparkling wine. Repeat for each serving.
