Gunpowder
A high grade green tea that is rolled into minuscule pellets which unfurl in hot water. Light in color with a sharp flavor. Its name comes from the fact that the tea resembles gunpowder pellets used for cannons. When buying look for shiny pellets, indicating that the tea is fresh.
