Half & Half
A dairy product that consists of equal parts cream and whole milk. It is usually 10 to 12 percent milk fat. In some cases it can be used as a cream substitute, however it can not be whipped.

There is nothing better than Half and Half in coffee.......I'll take mine light and sweet!!

you know what is crazy! I think half & half is better in Canada. I bought some in the US and it seemed to taste like more milk than anything else. Definitely wasn't as creamy. I tried a few brands too. I think you guys are getting ripped off LOL!

I actually just bought my first container of half and half the other day for a recipe. I used it to make a horseradish sauce to accompany some steaks. I used some more a few days later to make a homemade alfredo sauce. I guess I'm developing as a "chef." ;)
