I love hot and spicy everything - food and people. But I really thought the scotch bonnet (it's what I've read anyway) is the hottest pepper. Never even heard of the Bhut, it is Asian? I love your info, please keep it coming. I had salsa on my eggs this morning and I didn't even know it was hot and spicy day. I think I'll have a corned beef with horseradish panini for dinner.

I love spicy foods, and I like to make chili that's hot just for the sake of being hot (I LOVE it that way). Guess I've got a bit to learn, though... Hrm...
