Have You Started Grilling Yet?

This weekend, I kick-started the 2011 grilling season by making some finger-licking good ribs. Although it was a too cold to enjoy the meal outside, I couldn't wait a minute longer to fire up the grill. There's something so wonderful about the smell of a just-lit barbecue in the air.
