For Christmas, my kids and I made homemade hot chocolate mix and homemade marshmallows for family members' gifts. The kids loved the homemade marshmallows in their hot choc.
To - Salt? Table salt or sea salt? What does it taste like?
The few times I have hot chocolate (only over winter) I first add to it some crushed candy cane left-over from Christmas so it becomes chocolate-minty good. After it cools off a bit, I top it
off with REAL whip cream (not that edible oil crap in a can), a few mini marshmallows, a dash of nutmeg/cinnamon powder.
i don't really drink hot chocolate that much anymore, but when i did, i would use a combination of both! you can't say that one is any better than the other, so it was really just a matter of
what was on hand.
I like both, but not at the same time. But this past week i have had hot chocolate and whipped cream everyday. MMM can't wait to get home and have some

In my opinion, marshmallows are better than whipped cream.
12I put a little bit of frothed milk on mine...it's kinda like whipped cream, but not quite as rich and sinful, lol.
13How about a little peppermint schnapps?
14Mmmm i love both, but this made me realize I haven't had marshmallows in a lonnnng time!
15Both! But if it's FRESH whipped cream, I'd opt for that instead, hands down. With some salt.
