In honor of the new season, Pinkberry, the frozen yogurt chain, has released a limited-edition frozen yogurt flavor: lychee. One of China's most treasured fruits, lychees are small, jewel-like nuggets with a creamy white jelly-ish flesh. While I've made a cocktail with canned lychees before, I'm the first to admit, I don't often cook or eat lychees. Not because I dislike them, simply because they are somewhat unfamiliar.
