Salted Chocolate: Love It or Hate It?

The concept of salty sweets has been around for a couple of years now, but lately, I've found myself going through a salty chocolate phase. There's something so satisfying about rich, creamy chocolate paired with a light crunchy sprinkling of salt. How do you feel about it?

Took me a while to get used to the idea, but the time my chocolate-obsessed relatives made me try GOOD chocolate with a bit of sea salt, they created a monster. I seriously think it's one of the best things in the world.

No. I tried Lindt Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt and hated it. It was gross. :(

I like salty foods dipped in chocolate but not salted chocolate. Chocolate covered pretzels or chips, or pringles with m&ms are great combinations but I thought salted chocolate was a bit much.

There is a local chocolatier that makes a dangerously fantastic soft caramels covered in dark chocolate and sprinkled with course sea salt. Positively addictive.
