White Chocolate: Love It or Hate It?

Although it's technically not considered chocolate, but a confection, I happen to be a huge fan of white chocolate. I love its smooth texture and creamy rich flavor. It melts superbly and is delicious as an ingredient in everything from blondies to cookies. Since it's chocolate week, I'm curious to see how you feel about it.

I wish it was the type that had all of the antioxidants as it's pretty much the only kind I like. LOVE it, can't emphasize the word love enough!

I like it if it's done well, but there have been a few companies (Hershey's I'm talking to you), that have made some seriously disgusting white chocolates.

does it even qualify as chocolate? HATE the stuff, simple because of being lactose intolerant...but i have nothing against it generally, i think it's a good confection (just not technically chocolate)
