Haha, wow! I must be the only one to have chosen 'all 21,000' O_o. Of course that's an exaggeration, but I do have an enoooormous list of bookmarked blogs. I add as many as I can find. I love their diversity (and pictures!)

I read loads of food blogs, luckily most of them don't update as often as Yum does!! That being said, this is the only one that I feel comfortable making comments on! Those are like reading a magazine or something, this one is more like talking to my friends. I love this place!

I not only read food blogs, i read many others. My guilty pleasure is www.dooce.com Its a website started by Heather Armstrong where she blogs about her work and life and THAN she got FIRED for blogging. The rest is Blogger history, I love her, she is honest about fighting depression, marriage, motherhood, pets, family. She is a former Mormon, she makes me laugh, and cry and want to start my own blog. You must go back into her archives and start from the beginning if you want to get what she is about. You wont regret it.

I follow a couple different blogs. Each one of them has it's own niche. My faves: Homesick Texan (Texas gal in NYC pining for food from her childhood + lovely photos) Simply Recipes (Simple, honest food from Elise and sometimes her dad) Apartment Therapy: The Kitchen (cooking in a small kitchen w/ a large focus on local and organic) Chowhound (local forums and topical blogs) Chocolate & Zucchini (French food. Mmmm) Yumsugar (anything and everything, plus informative)

I love YumSugar with the different types of articles and links, but I look everywhere online for recipes and such. I didn't realize how much I loved cooking until I got married and have complete control over my own kitchen/groceries!

I start with Slashfood and follow a bunch of links. Smitten Kitchen is also great, same with 101 Cookbooks and Fat Free vegan. I know those are often referenced, but I was reading them first...

Not trying to kiss but but only YumSugar, you guys aren't pretentious, you're very down to earth and you have some fantastic recipes... I do go to a couple other sites for recipes, but I always check here first and 9 times outta 10 I find what I need on Yum.
