im from GA of course I know the difference!! An old fashion mint julep is awesome on a hot summer day! Mojito's are goo too but I prefer the mint julep... its a southern thang haha

i've never had a mint julep, but i bet i'd put lime in it....i LOOOVE whiskey and ginger ale with a lime wedge. now i'm thirsty =)

I knew it was rum vs. bourbon, but I didn't know about the lime. Credit goes to all the mojitos I drank in college and to the fact that I grew up minutes from Kentucky, where mint juleps are popular.
