Who knew April was such a fabulous month?! Not only was Sunday National Grilled Cheese Day, but today — April 16th — is National Eggs Benedict Day! Eggs Benedict is one of my all time favorite dishes. To celebrate my love for this tasty breakfast dish, I've put together a quiz. What are you waiting for? Get started!

There is a Texas Eggs Benedict - use salsa instead of hollandaise sauce and usually adds black beans and cilantro!

Eggs Benney is the patron saint of the service industry ;) And I'm pretty sure someone somewhere has a version of a Texas Benedict, please. :OY: Number 2 is so a trick question, I've seen so many different types of Benedicts its not even funny :D

4/5 not bad! I love eggs benedict. There's a restaurant that does an amazing eggs benedict near me and the bread is incredibly thick and soft - with just a hint of sweetness.
