@fuzzles This is so interesting! I am such a sucker for packaging. And I prefer to buy my spices in glass bottles because I feel like the taste is more intense than in plastic.

I am totally on board with the notion that packaging can alter the way that a food product tastes. I buy the great majority of my spices at Penzeys. For the longest time, they used plastic bottles for their smallest-sized offerings. Since switching to glass bottles several years back, the spices seem to taste "cleaner", and they also seem to have a longer shelf life.
