Kim Kardashian Plugging Carl's Jr. Chicken Salads

When we learned last month that Kim Kardashian would be the next face of Carl's Jr., we couldn't wait to see what the reality TV siren and the fast food chain, which is known for its salacious commercials, would come out with.

Well, yesterday the folks at Carl's Jr. posted her first spot on YouTube, and it's a plug for the chain's new Cranberry Apple Walnut Chicken Salad, including gratuitous shots of Kim's infamous bosom and backside. I think the sex-sells-food concept is getting a little silly, and I don't really understand the commercial's resounding "get clean" theme. Seriously, does anyone eat salads with their hands?

Kim would never be seen eating at Carl's Jr. I don't understand the commercial. Of course she is trashy, trampy and all that other stuff...she is eating a salad with her fingers and we all know what the juicy goo looks like and the bathtub? What? She is so gross to me. From her sex video to this?? Says alot about Carl's Jr. She looks like a hooker and Carl looks like the pimp. Hm, their food just doesn't look so good to me anymore.

Think everybody is jealous. If you dont like it then so be it, if you do like it then great. If you are worried about your kids seeing the commercial then try playing a game with them instead of using the tv as the babysitter. Also, why are they allowed to look at violence but then its not good for them to see sexual related material ? Which is worse sexual related material or violence ?

I think Kim is awesome. I love all the kardashians. But, the "getting clean" while eating a salad with your hands, in bed, then eating while in the tub after you spilled a drip of dressing? Kinda lost. It did work in the fact that it ran through my head that maybe I wanted a salad for lunch? Maybe cobb? LOL! But for me nothing was more GROSS than Padma's ad and that BBQ burger. Sorry but ewww. I love burgers but that was just tummy turning.

I still hate Carl's Jr. for blatantly catering to men; I love their food but I feel compelled to boycott because of it. Good call though, Kim is hot, I'm sure the guys are all over it. I agree though, the get clean theme (or whatever?) was just stupid. :P Lame excuse to get her in the tub haha but hey, sex sells, etc etc.

I thought the ad was hot. I dont think Kim is trashy but I think this ad definitely took full advantage of her sex appeal. I really liked it and Id buy one of those salads. If I was in the US anyway :)

I got to be honest. I do love that pooper of hers! Yummy! She may be trashy, but the girl does have sex appeal. I think I'll go hit the Carl's Jr. drive-thru on my way home from work.

Oh the high price of fame & exposure. So sad, these wannabees are too shallow to consider the consequences. They give no thought to their future children let alone to our children & husband's viewing this disgusting trash.
