Lassi
A traditional Indian beverage made by blending yogurt with water, salt and spices until frothy. Traditional lassi can be flavored with cumin, and is generally salty. However at most restaurants a sweet version is the norm, especially mango flavored. The sweet version is created with sugar, rosewater, and/or mango or other fruit juices.
