I did this a few nights ago, but I had no idea that's what I was making! haha! I decided to grill and chicken breast and wanted them to cook quicker, so I did exactly this. It was delicious, btw.

I can see where you might think that though! Ice monger, Fish monger, cheese monger - all okay; meatmonger is another thing entirely! Oh, but @suzi's right - this is a great tip, and one I didn't know. I think I always used breasts and cutlets interchangeably in recipes in the past! But, I will be steering clear of any meatmongers :)

Um, Yum, I don't think you know what "meatmonger" means. It's not a synonym for butcher. It actually is an antiquated, no-longer-in-use synonym for "wh*re-monger." It means "promiscuous man." I mean, I suppose it is possible that is what you meant - perhaps you know a lot more about your butcher than I know about mine!
