Although there's never a dull moment in San Francisco, there are plenty of cloudy moments — and this Summer I'd give anything to go someplace where the sun actually shines. My picks for this week? Why, Miami, of course, for its Taste of the Nation dinner — or perhaps some mountaintop views with brews at the Bluegrass and Beer Festival in Keystone, CO. Party with the likes of Tom Colicchio in Atlantic City, or stay cool in Bayou City with Houston Restaurant Week.
