I never thought of Oreo biscotti, but I am definitely going to ask my Italian mother to try this recipe out! The No-Bake cake also looks really refreshing!

Thanks cravinsugar. I've never baked with cookies. Every year a student of mine (8th grade) will write an essay about how they cook these amazing cakes with Twix bars and Snickers...OMG... Too yummy for words

I have an idea not on there...i am still perfecting it, but here ya go: dip an oreo cookie in brownie batter, and bake it in the oven. I think you would need to use the "cake like" directions for box brownies, as the fudgy recipe runs off (enough stayson the oreo for it to be incredible though). I made these with inside out oreos, and the brownie batter softens the outer part of the cookie....it is AWESOME. you have to keep an eye on them though and not over or under cook.

i love making things with oreos, they're so yummy and versatile when baking. You can add crushed up ones in just about anything that requires some crumble or crunch.

I have made the Oreo truffles many times. They are super easy to make, and are sooo delicious and decadent.
