Crab Cakes

Two-bite crab cakes are luxurious and addictive. I love this recipe because it tops the crab cakes with a dollop of seasoned mayonnaise. Assemble them on Sunday morning and pan-fry them just before guests arrive. When making a large batch, keep the cooked cakes in a warm oven.
