Is it just me or does it seem as if pancakes are popping up all over the place? For example, today is National Blueberry Pancake Day and on February 2 it's International Pancake Day. 3/5 Eh..I actually don't like pancakes anymore. I like crepes better yet delicious Belgium Waffles! Pancakes are just too heavy in the tummy. Coma-inducing.
