Isn't it the worst when you arrive at your picnic destination with a cooler full of beer and realize you've forgotten the bottle opener?? When preparing a picnic, it's easy to overlook the small items you need when dining outdoors. The best way to prevent forgetfulness is to make a list, so I've put together a picnic packing list for you. Print out a copy and the next time you are planning a picnic be sure to go through the list and check everything off. To check out the list, read more

2good call, crispet. nothing sucks more than getting eaten by mosquitoes AND sunburnt!
3i always forget a blanket too! Duh!!
4I like to bring along wetnaps too! It's nice to clean your hands off afterwards! Also, I just read a great tip. Even if you're not going on a picnic now, you should print out PartySugar's list and put it IN your picnic basket/cooler now. This way when you do go on a picnic, it will be there ready for you to check things off!
5Yum, good point. Im going to start planning my picnic/hiking excursion now! (Hopefully it will fall on a day that is not too humid.)
And wetnaps are life savers! Totally a must-add to the picnic list!
6Throw pillows are also good to just throw in the back of the car to have for the popular after picnic nap..... just a thought..
