Picture of Crockpot Pasta

Slow cookers aren't just for short ribs and chili. As lauren demonstrates, they're also conducive to making (and enjoying) pasta. This weekend my friend experimented with her crockpot to make a simple and delicious pasta dish! The sauce was prepared and cooked down for several hours. About 20 minutes before serving she added the pasta and green beans. Everything was perfectly al dente!
