The avocado actually replaces the egg and part of the oil, but I guess it's a good butter sub, too!

I used avocado once in making chocolate chip cookies!!! Doesn't really taste too different-a little chewier!!! I also added some cinnamon though. This recipe sounds delicious!!!!
