We've been hankering for a trip to Mexico, but after drooling over nancyeinhart's trip to Zihuatanejo, we're not only aching for a beachside vacation; we're hungry, too!
I recently visited Mexico for the first time, on a weeklong trip to Zihuatanejo on the Pacific Coast. It's not really known as a foodie destination — though it is the setting for an upcoming Food & Wine Festival — but the region excels at seafood, pozole, and tacos al pastor. Sadly, we ate our tacos too fast to get a photo, but here are a few other delicious things we ate.
