Pizza Pro Slicer: Love It or Hate It?

The first thing I thought when I came across this Pizza Pro pizza slicer ($19.99) was genius!

Then I imagined using it. The scissored spatula looks like it might be difficult to maneuver. Also, what happens when you prefer a larger piece of pizza? Or when it comes time to wash it?

Still, it's an interestingly designed product. Has anyone tried it?

I use kitchen scissors to cut pizza because it's easier than using a knife or pizza wheel --- both of which catch on the cheese and drag it all over the place. But the scissors are fine on their own, I don't need this weird attachment!

Oh I saw this in Bed Bath & Beyond and thought the same thing! Idk anyone who would buy it so I could see them try it out. I wouldn't want to buy it myself for the orig price.

Is slicing a pizza with a knife so challenging? There's no excuse for cluttering up your kitchen with unitaskers.

Anyone remember when the Janitor from Scrubs created the drill-fork? That's what this reminds me of - two appliances taped together in the service of nonsense and whimsy that turns out to be entirely useless. Booo.

i think that it's really cute - yet i don't know if i would use it. i have a wheel pizza slicer and it does me justice...
