Pocket Shots: Love It Or Hate It?

I'm all about portable alcohol. I've been known to fill bottles of water with vodka, and slide a flask full of whiskey into my purse. But I'm not to sure about Pocket Shots, the "brand new way to enjoy your favorite hard liquor." These little babies are unbreakable, flexible, squishy packets that fit comfortably into a pocket allowing you to have a shot of alcohol anytime, anywhere. Do we really need a shot of liquor anytime, anywhere??? And are they really unbreakable? What if you drunkenly sit on the Pocket Shot in your back pocket?? I'm pretty skeptical about these, what do you guys think? Pocket shots, do you love them or hate them?

I have two thoughts:No... bad idea. Lets just enable the alcoholics, shall we.I've had too many friends in AA to actually like this "go anywhere with booze" idea.On the other side... it would be great for Dodger games. Flasks are clunky and big. (And yes, I'm talking about sneaking booze in. They don't sell it in the cheep section.)PSAnd does anyone else see the disturbing resemblence to an IV bag?

It looks like something high school kids would love. Even the packaging looks childish. Just like using cartoon characters for cigarettes.

I could kind of see it if you're going to a concert and don't want to spend $10 for a drink...but why not just bring a reusable flask with you? I'm not a huge liquor drink anyways, so I wouldn't buy it...

fantastic. i can see why it's a bad idea. but i'm a college student, and sometimes it's a pain/dangerous to either stash a bottle in my purse or have to buy a plastic bottle of soda and mix it quickly at home, planning it all out. this makes it easier. i'd also need to plan on carrying a bigger purse...what if i'm going to the club and just want to carry a clutch? and what if you don't want to spend lots of money at the bar? you can buy a drink and refill in the bathroom. it's just easier than carrying a bottle. i don't think it necessarily promotes drinking on-the-go; you guys make it seem that the people who would buy these are people who are feening for a shot anywhere.

Its like Capri Sun for Adults! Sounds like a cool idea. However for me I often times just have a sip of alcohol and call it a night. So I don't thing I would purchase those. They would make cool party favors though. Can you even reseal those things?

Alcoholism is a disease, not a joke. This is a bad idea. But, replacing the alcohol with electrolytes, fresh water, broth, or medicines and sending it to underpriveledged areas would be a good idea.

HAHA! i said love it cuz its something ive never seen and the idea is SO WEIRD ADN DIFFERENT AND NOT SMART. i think they are the WORST IDEA EVER! soo bad for people who are addicted. they could get this stuff and drink while driving or operating machinery.

i can't say either way until i actually have the pleasure/misfortune to find one. Texas is not on the list of states that carry them yet. On one hand i see the promoting drinking to younger set, and the draw of drinking "whenever, whereever" (thanks shakira!!) but as a gal who enjoys a night out but cringes at the thought of paying upwards of six bucks for a whisky sour whilest oot and aboot (oh, canada, you brighten my day) I would totally stach a few in my fendi spy bag and they rarely pat you down hardcore at the fruit bars!! oh the dilemma!!
