Well done topped with blue cheese! I refuse to eat any type of meat that is still pink. That's just disgusting to me and makes me gag.

I'm a mom and the pediatrician advised "medium well...no pink on anything made with ground beef. Pink is OK for steaks, but, not burgers, meatballs, etc...". So, I listen to him.

I don't eat burgers often, but when I do eat them I generally eat a veggie burger. I'm not really that into ground beef.

Medium-well or well done. I don't like cold centers, and I find the rarer burgers are a tad cold on the inside, and it irritates the hell out of me.

Same here -- rare. Oh, and there must be cheese. I only like cheeseburgers (not regular burgers).

well. i don't mind pink in my steak but something about the mooshyness (is that a word haha) of ground beef makes me need it well done. and yes, i only eat it with cheese!

I'm really not a fan of ground beef...something about ground meat really grosses me out, but I do enjoy a medium-well burger with onions and mushrooms every now and then. I can do rare steak, but if a burger has too much pink in it I'm really turned off.

Medium well, sharp cheddar cheese, a little mayo... and if I'm feeling extra naughty... applewood bacon! Yuuuummm...

Though I will say I hate bacon, seeing it makes me ill to smell or taste it.

If I'm eating a thick-patty, medium rare, and I will gladly pay more, sign any illness waiver, or over tip in order to get one. With bacon, american cheese, and maybe some sauteed or raw red onion.

If I'm eating a thin-patty (Ann Arbor's Blimpie Burger, anyone?), it's a double with bacon, egg, and american cheese, with ketchup, a little mustard, and onion rings smashed right in.

The great thing about a good burger - the places that ask you wellness level are usually home-ground beef. Thus, less worries than the general storebought ground beef.

A fresh ground burger is amaaaazing. Medium works for me, with cheese, pleeease.

vegetarian for sure. although sometimes i do have to specify that i want my cooked a little more well done because sometimes they are too afraid to overcook a veggie burger that it's just mush.

Don't get me wrong, I'll take my steak nice and extra pink... but I want my burger medium or medium well. I won't reject a well done burger either. Better safe than sorry, e coli is no fun.

To not eat burgers is simply unAmerican!
