Japanese. Soba noodles, miso soup, anything and everything fish related. I make tempura when I have guests over and we dip what we each want in a wok with sesame oil. I can't wait til next
month for the Unagi/freshwater eel sale!
indian because *duh* im indian lol, but i do italian alot too. and a fusion of indo+any other cuisine. a little curry powder in any dish makes it a fusion right? lol
It's pretty in between. I never actually cook one type, it gets boring that way. Or sometimes I will have just a go-to entree like chicken, and have a side that is mexican or Italian, or
whatever.
We love diversity: German, Italian, French, Scandinavian, Eastern European, American, Mexican, Thai, Chinese, Indian, Caribbean, Greek,... Those are my favorite types of cuisine to cook.
A little bit of everything... I tend to end up making more panasian meals, but everything from mexican to thai to italian to middle eastern are made in my house!
A little bit of everything. Last night was Cajun. When we get bored of those leftovers, it'll be Californian-meets-Morroccan. Though Jamaican sounds so yummy right now.
I typically make a lot of good ol' American food...a mix of Southern food, Pennsylvania-Dutch Amish foods, and Midwestern farm food. But lately I've been making more Mexican food because my
cousin's husband is Mexican and she's been sharing some of her MIL's recipes with me and they're so freaking GOOD! Plus, most Mexican food is cheap and not that difficult to make, so it's a
win-win situation.
We mostly make Indian, Italian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Cuban, Tex-Mex, Greek, American, and maybe a few other cuisines. I'm not sure which we make more than the others.
mostly filipino cuisine but we do have have abit of everything else too but i guess since i'm filipino we always go back to it especially for cold winter night where you just want some
comfort food...
Meditarrenan I guess, just because my family's a mix of Italian, Spanish and North African origins. Not sure it's what you'd get in a restaurant, but it's "traditional".
I mix it up too with my moods. For a while I was doing a lot of Mexican, and making my tortillas from scratch (well, Maseca). Then I was cooking Japanese food. We also like Thai curries and
Indian curries.
We don't do much Italian because I don't eat gluten, so my pasta intake is very limited.
turkish is what we make most often, but also a mix of everything else on this list, plus thai, french, japanese (sushi mostly), we cook almost every type of cuisine except southern.

4Multi-ethnic meatless. I go across the spectrum with my spices and technique to avoid vegetarian boredom.
5Italian, because my mum has a lot of recipes from her friends in Italy, and she's pretty much just trying everything.
6indian because *duh* im indian lol, but i do italian alot too. and a fusion of indo+any other cuisine. a little curry powder in any dish makes it a fusion right? lol
