I cooked for the two of us at home... roasted salmon with buerre blanc, lemon risotto, roasted asparagus and strawberry tiramisu with a nice bottle of Muscadet.

Made dinner at home. New York steak with brandied garlic roasted and then fried asparagus and potatoes. Served with a Pinot Noir we had a great dinner :)

We'll be celebrating later this week, tonight my husband went to the USC/UCLA basketball game and I had plans with friends during the day for Chinese New Years.

We're celebrating with dinner when my husband gets home from his business trip. It'll be a Friday night and I'm planning a nice romantic steak dinner.
