As the French like to proclaim: Le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrivé! Raise your glass, because Beaujolais Nouveau — the first wine of the harvest season in the Northern Hemisphere — has finally arrived. Yesterday was the annual release date for the wine, which is welcomed on what's called "Beaujolais Nouveau Day" with a colossal celebration across France each year.
Since the wine — which certainly isn't for snobs — makes such a splash each year, I thought I would throw out some questions and see if you can, ahem, arrive at the answers. What do you know about Beaujolais Nouveau? Let's find out.

I've gone out a few times for it here in Paris and once in Saumur but the wine is never great...it's just a fun evening!!

The biggest thing I know about Beaujolais Nouveau is that I am not a fan. Did it a couple of times for T-giving but have since moved on.
4I used to buy a bunch of bottles each year but about 5 years ago got a bad batch and have not bought since. Maybe my tastes have just changed...
5Wow,9/10! Not bad considering I have never had this particular wine or a desire to try it.... it always seems kind of over priced (where I live) for what it is.
6I used to drink Beaujolais in college, before I really started to love red wine... since it's not tannic, it was one of the only reds I could enjoy. Even though I've moved on since I still enjoy celebrating the arrival of the Beaujolais nouveau ... I just don't drink it now.
