Get the stupid-simple recipe.
1 pint raspberries, or 12 ounces frozen, thawed
3 tablespoons granulated sugar, or more to taste
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, or more to taste
- Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until no chunks remain.
- Strain the sauce through a fine-mesh strainer into a storage container. To speed up the process, use a rubber spatula to push it through.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
