Edible Love Chocolates

Maybe it was the energy. Or the craftsmanship. But it was most certainly the love at Edible Love that made it the most fun chocolate of the day. Philippe (shown here, drawing a crowd) and his wife teach chocolate-making classes and craft their unique truffles out of Berkeley, CA. My favorite flavors were rose and absinthe.

You mention new chocolate products and no mention of Giggle Bites Chocolate? At our office sales meeting last month my area manager started the meetng with Giggle Bites Chocolate which are chocolates with jokes in them. We laughed our $@###-off and it was an awesome start to what turned out to be a tense occassion. One way or the other it felt real good to laugh with my colleagues and more importantly bosses. It made everyone feel human,...before the hatchett came down. I was just impressed with the ingenuity of my mangaer and the chocolate as well I guess.
