Who says barbecue has to come out of a smoker? lafbaker demonstrates that pulled chicken tastes just as great when it's made in a crockpot.

A shredded chicken sandwich flavored with barbecue sauce, spices and root beer, and it's topped with shredded Monterey jack/cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and fresh cilantro. Finger lickin' good!
