How to Make Chicken Cutlets
When I was developing my recipe for
buffalo chicken mac and cheese, I headed to the local butcher to buy chicken cutlets. The butcher said he didn't have any on hand, but could make some for me on the spot. But when I stood there watching him, I couldn't believe how easy it was! I vowed to share the painless process with you. For step-by-step instructions, keep reading.

Um, Yum, I don't think you know what "meatmonger" means. It's not a synonym for butcher. It actually is an antiquated, no-longer-in-use synonym for "wh*re-monger." It means "promiscuous man."
I mean, I suppose it is possible that is what you meant - perhaps you know a lot more about your butcher than I know about mine!
1Hah! Hatertot! I didn't know that, too funny.
thanks for the tips, Yum. I hate how expensive chicken cutlets are!

Yikes -- HaterTot you are right!
3I can see where you might think that though! Ice monger, Fish monger, cheese monger - all okay; meatmonger is another thing entirely!
Oh, but @suzi's right - this is a great tip, and one I didn't know. I think I always used breasts and cutlets interchangeably in recipes in the past!
But, I will be steering clear of any meatmongers
