Stewed Berries With Whipped Cream

Pistachios, whipped cream, and stewed berries are layered and chilled in this easy Summer dessert. Monica Bennett claims it's an easy and fast recipe to make, especially if you are on vacation.

Stewed berry dessert with a creamy vanilla whipped topping, completed with crushed pistachios. I prepared this in no time in my Airstream's kitchen while on holiday in the San Juan Islands of Washington State. The berries are from the local farmer's market.
