Lemon Sweet Square

With its flaky brown butter shortbread crust and iced tart lemon curd, this dessert was our favorite of the tasting. It wasn't too sweet or too tart; the end product was, really, just right. At 120 calories, it was also the least caloric of the Petites offerings.

oooh, i got the cake pop yesterday, and actually liked it. i'd never pay for it, but i enjoyed it. i also had the lemon one (the idiots behind the counter didn't realize i had ordered the lemon pound cake, not the lemon bar). it was ok. but not great. i wouldn't buy either of them. so the price was right!
