"My favorite wineries are ones that make seriously good wine but don't take themselves too seriously. Australian vintners Sarah and Sparky Marquis of Mollydooker wines definitely fit that bill. Their lineup of Cabernet, Merlot, and Shiraz boasts some unique and intensely flavorful wines, and my favorite right now is the Gigglepot cab. It's a dark, fruity, and spicy wine, and definitely should be paired with food — preferably something with some heft.
