Last night's Top Chef was all about seafood. We watched Stefan nail an eel to a cutting board, Leah struggle with filleting char, and Hosea poorly cook monkfish. ugh - i always think that i pay such GREAT attention and then i take the quiz and don't do nearly as well as i think i should. oh well. doesn't mean the show's not awesome!

this quiz was hard! I love my top chef but never paid attention to the fruit on the wall of the house! Reading the blogs on bravo's site kind of explained their decision as much as I wish Leah had packed her knives and gone baby gone!

Okay, I watched Top Chef, but I only got 1 out of 7, except for that wonky last question. Oh well. I thought Leah or Hosea should have left, not Jamie. It's an interesting season!
