Shoneyjoe, I noticed that too and it seriously bugged me. Nearly all of them talked about serving seasonal foods. I suspect it's 'important' to her merely because it's important to other people, since seasonal and local is the current food movement.

Grammar aside, how about serving something that was sustainable immediately after saying that it was "real important"? Since when is Chilean sea bass seasonal?

I want Leah to go home so badly! She should be thanking Stefan and Fabio for still being there! I loved Fabio working the front of the house, he was fabulous!

She should have said "seasonal cooking is *really* important to me," but then, I'm a grammar snob so it probably only bothered me.

I was so ready for Leah to go home! Really serving raw fish. And the whole thing with her and Hosea is just getting on my nerves. I was sad to see Rhadika go because she has done some good things and her concept for the restaurant was good. Had she asserted some authority and insisted that she not do front of the house I think that they would have won. Also, LOVE Fabio. He cracks me up! =)
