High-End Comfort Food: Love It or Hate It?

When we spoke to Food Network's Claire Robinson, she admitted her food trend pet peeve is high-end comfort food. "I'm tired of $85 macaroni and cheese," she said. I have to concur, although it appears that, with an onslaught of kobe beef sliders and truffled mac and cheese, high-end comfort food is a flourishing fad. Are you willing to dole out extra dough for it?
