Turkey Sausage-Stuffed Mushrooms

Stuffed portobello mushrooms make for a satisfying meal, as seen here with turkey sausage-filled mushroom caps made by paprikapinot.

These yummy turkey sausage stuffed portobello mushrooms are a delicious and quick Summertime meal. The veggies included add some added vitamins and minerals, and the tomato and white wine sauce make the dish finger-lickin' good! This goes very nicely with an earthy red wine.
