Tzatziki
A type of Greek condiment that is served as a dipping sauce. It usually consists of yogurt, diced cucumbers and garlic. It can also include olive oil and fresh herbs depending on its region of Greek origin.

I love tzatziki, but the most authentic Greek restaurant I frequent serves nothing like it. It's more like a plain yogurt sauce on top of very flavorful gyro meat, w/ onions and tomatoes. Is that tradtitional in Greece?

Trader Joe's carries some really good Greek yogurt to make your tzatziki, and it's incredibly simple to do. In fact, I'll go bookmark my favorite kind to use. Not low fat by any means, but SUPER good!
