Udon
A thick Japanese noodle made from a combination of wheat, whole wheat and/or flour. Used in soups, stews, and snacks, these noodles can be served hot or cold and are available both dried and fresh in most Asian markets.

I love it! We sometimes cook it at home after getting the pre-packaged version from the supermarket at Isetan!

Pei Wei rocks my world. It's a toss up between the Udon noodles and the Soba miso bowl for my favorite noodle dish. I love the big, fat, soft Udon noodles. Like Lo Mein on steroids.

Yum! Katie - I agree with you! I just got it for the first time a few weeks ago and it was way better than any other udon I've ever had. Just thinking about it makes me hungry!
