Welsh Rarebit
A British dish that is traditionally made by blending cheese with beer, milk or ale and added seasonings (particularly mustard). The mixture is then spread over toast (or bread) and broiled. Also known as Welsh rabbit. However, when topped with a poached egg the dish is known as a golden buck.
